AI is brilliant at first drafts and terrible at final calls. That is the rule we keep coming back to. Anything where the cost of being slightly wrong is high, AI should not be the last set of eyes.
It cannot reliably do maths on long spreadsheets without a tool helping it. It cannot read your tone of voice unless you teach it. It does not know what happened in your business last week unless you tell it.
Treat it like a very fast junior who has read everything but worked nowhere. Helpful, quick, occasionally confident about things it should not be. Your job is to keep being the senior in the room.
Not sure where to start?
Whether you are already using AI in bits and pieces or watching from the sidelines, the AI audit is the place to begin.
It is free. It takes 30 minutes. You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
