• How to use ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot in plain English, without needing a technical background
• Practical workflows: writing, admin, customer communication, research, and planning
• What AI can't do well yet, so you stop wasting time on the wrong things
• How to build AI into your day without it becoming another thing to manage

• 1-to-1 sessions: a focused two-hour session built around your business and the tasks you actually do
• Small group workshops: up to six people, in-person in Inverness or online, working through the same practical material together
• Follow-up support: two weeks of email access after your session for questions as they come up in real use
