These workshops are built specifically for the way SMEs in this part of Scotland actually work: lean, practical, and without a lot of technical support to fall back on.

    • How to use ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot without needing a technical background
    • Practical workflows: writing, admin, customer communication, research, and planning
    • What AI is genuinely useful for, and where it still falls short
    • How to build AI into your working week without it becoming a project in itself

    How it works.

    • Group workshops: half-day sessions for up to six business owners, held in Inverness and at locations across the Highlands
    • 1-to-1 sessions: individual sessions available in person or online, built around your specific business and the tasks you actually do
    • Follow-up support: two weeks of email access after your session for questions as they come up in real use

    Where we run sessions.

    Regular workshops run in Inverness. We also travel to other parts of the Highlands and Islands for group bookings. Online sessions are available for anyone who can't make it in person or is based further afield.

    Who leads the workshops.

    Led by Jill McAlpine, based in the Highlands. Jill has spent more than twenty years working in and around organisations going through change. She came to AI without a technical background and that is exactly the perspective she brings to every session.
